We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

"The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go...

"Overall, my experience was good at the Hilton hotel. The staff was really friendly and they helped me find a lost baggage ,which I was really grateful for . The only thing I didn’t like is the many raccoons and lizards.Also, there’s too many seaweeds and too many rocks on the beach so I choose to stay at pool and didn’t go on the beach. Other than that, it was great. The food was good and the hotel is beautiful."
