Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). "We had an amazing stay at the Reykjavik Treasure during our 4 day trip to Iceland. The property was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is old, so there are some quirks, but they did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and filling. "
