Everything you need is well prepared in this place, they even provided skin care products! And the rental car is THE BEST in this trip! Free rental for our stay, it is a very nice big mini van with free over night parking which is only half block away from the hotel!!! We are a family of 4, traveling with kids could be very hectic but stay at this place makes our trip a lot easier with...

Mid trip, I had to swap accommodations with a sibling and they were very accommodating. They were understanding and responded promptly and kindly to my e-mails. "

"We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....
