The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. Best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and also a mention to the driver on the courtesy transport to the Golden Temple, he managed to be on time to the minute, no matter the traffic. My wife and l loved this hotel. 6 stars.

The hotel needs to be more tidier… Especially the building is an old architecture so it’s revamped though there is an issue of damp odour in the rooms n rooms balcony! The food n warmth of the staff is appreciable.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. A speical shout out to Anish, Alisha, Jaspreet, Daljeet, Munish for making the check in and check out process seamless. The only suggestion that I would have is a courtesy pickup and drop off to and from the airport just for ease of travel. Even though taxi and uber services are available but there were a lot of hustlers with different prices. It just gets overwhelming for first time travelers.
