"Room is very, very dated. Chunks missing off the furniture, water pressure only at a literal trickle in the tub, bed pillows literally smaller than my decorative throw pillows at home on my couch. No USB ports for charging in the room at all. Breakfast was awful - the gravy looked like a science experiment. I cannot believe I paid $160 for this room - which mind you I am sure they jacked up because they knew a baseball tournament was coming. Please DO NOT stay at this hotel until a full remodel is completed. "

"Pretty disappointing. Trash was littered throughout room in all corners; housekeeping is apparently lax and seem to not have much pride in their jobs . Breakfast was not very impressive, ended up just tossing most of the hot prepared items as it was just not very good. Front clerks were great."

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with directions or local tips. I especially appreciated the convenient location, close to local attractions and easy access to highways. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Ellis!"
