"The hotel needs renovation. The carpets and walls and paint make it look very dirty. It could easily look updated but it doesn’t. Breakfast ended at 9:30 sharp so this wasn’t good for us since we got in so late at night and came down to breakfast at 9:30. The staff was excellent and super friendly. The shuttle was a major bonus and th lady who drove us at 4:30am was wonderful."

"staff very nice and helpful. good amenities. pool was a bit chilly but like most, once you were in, it was perfectly fine. granddaughter loved it! good selection of breakfast and it was a clean and very nice hotel. overall, very good place to stay!"

We stayed the first night with no further incident. The next day we were gone for 9 hours and left the tag on the door requesting that our room be made up. When we returned around 9 pm we again could not get entry to our room. Went back to the front desk, stood in line again, and had our keys refreshed. When...
