Fantastic management and friendly staff on site when required, free laundry, great location in Airlie Beach close to everything no hills to climb. Basic accommodation but suited us as there for race week.Stayed in one of the studio bungalows air-conditioned clean and tidy.Booked again for next year.

We enjoyed our stay. As a last-minute booking we were pleasantly surprised. Location was excellent to esplanade, restaurants and shops. Lagoon for swimming but pool at apartments is great and less crowded. Would definitely stay again. We had 2 bedrooms, aircon loungeroom and dining room/kitchen. Cool building with 2 aircons in bedrooms.

The pictures on the web are not accurate, the place is extremely run down. Studio rooms are only adequate for two people not three as stated on the website.

Great private bungalow for the price. Location is just across the road from some of Airlie’s best pubs and restaurants. The bathroom was newer than expected, bright and clean. The interactions with management were very polite, helpful and concise. Had a great weekend, would recommend and stay again. 9 out of 10 👍👍

Good spot but poor service. Ask for extra towel since its a beach area of course we will always out for the beach and lagoons. 4 days stay they ask us to use one towel.

Communication was clear and simple for a late check in, it was a nice place to stay for the price, close to cbd, walking up the driveway is a little effort for someone unfit but no complaints, enjoyed the stay.

Management very helpful and accommodating however the property is in pretty poor condition. Sofa beds were terrible, avoid at all costs unless you want a couple of days with no sleep. Great location however!
