"We arrived at 1 -am to hotel . Our room had bird type feathers and in the bed there was buggers and blood on the sheets . The room had a bad smell . Asked to be changed rooms and request was denied the front desk said they would clean the room . We did get new bedding but they never vacuumed the room . So tired we just slept a few hours and left . One of the worst nights ever . Check your bedding upon arrival is my only advice."

"Staff was not present at check in or checkout. There was 5 groups waited 20+ at front desk for employee to show up. Room had a bad cigarette smell(unable to change room), several hole patches throughout room, dirty carpet and dated. It just felt dirty. Barely got any sleep. Loud people in nearby rooms until 1:00am. You could hear everything. Again no employee at front desk for checkout. We dropped key and left. "

"If a clean hotel means anything to you then you have to come to Elements. The staff is kind and super quick when you have a request. Your room and bathroom are super clean. "

"I loved everything, especially the gym! But please add some early check in for the people needed and for your usual customers! You don’t need to loose alot of money for 20-30$ fee for early check ins! Parking is easy! Front desk people are always nice "

"Parking is secure enough for a city location. We did not stay long enough for breakfast though it looked quite good as we passed by."

"We stayed in a handicap room because there were 3 of us and 2 people were seniors with walkers. Room was just off the main lobby but quiet because they have a door that prevents noise from traveling. Room was large and comfy. I would only recommend adding some kind of shelf in the bathroom because there is no location to place items while showering. Hotel is in great location close to airport and other shopping."
