"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss...

"If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. "Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me...
