"The property was very nice but communication with the host was difficult because he only spoke French. Address was vague and had no specific number. It got us close to the apartment but we had to get actual decorations from the host and it was difficult. "
"We appreciated that the receptionist met us out on the street when we got out of the taxi and walked us to the riad. The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast is at 9 am and consisted of coffee and traditional bread products and toppings. We enjoyed out stay!

"Only 15 minutes walking from the train station, a nice hotel with all facilities for a 3star hotel. The only negative was breakfast. Breakfast was really poor only very little staff there and they didnt had even omelette or sausages or something like that.
The hotel has a very sweet nice rooftop and i tried once a dinner and a lunch. Perfect quality greetings to chef"
"Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"

"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff...
"Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes.
Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. "

Very hospitable staff, wonderful and plentiful breakfast and the Riad itself is a work of art, with beautiful mosaiques and a quiet and lush patio and terrace where you can relax, have mint tea and do lots of daydreaming while contemplating the sun coming down over the Medina. Really recommend La Maison Verte."
