Everything was great! The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. The only complaint I could have is the sink design in the bathroom is a bit far back from the edge, making it awkward to use. But otherwise the hotel was gorgeous and it was a lovely stay!

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but good. The restaurant staff was fantastic! very attentive and friendly. The food was great too. The 2 reception ladies were lovely, very welcoming, and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is the property doesn't have AC in the rooms, and it can get very hot. Unfortunately garden view rooms were not available, and I had to book 'city view' (basically street view); it was very loud in the early hours, I couldn't keep windows open, and this is when AC would be useful. With closed windows, you can have a good sleep, and you don't hear the noise from the street, but it gets very hot when the outside temperature is high. All in all, it's a lovely place to stay.

Family rooms not facing the street would be good as the rooms have no air conditioning which was uncomfortable warm at night. So either open window and street noice in the morning or quietness and warmth.
