No respetan las reservaciones aun pagadas

no respetan las reservaciones, fue muy desagradable llegar con la familia con niños y recibir la noticia que no nos darian habitacion aun cuando ya estaban pagadas, pues ya estaban todas ocupadas, nos tuvieron por mas de dos horas esperando y finalmente a las 00:30hrs nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada, que mal servicio,esto fue un fraude.

No es hotel familiar

No es un hotel familiar! Las paredes son muy delgadas. Es muy incomodo si llevas a la familia y en el cuarto de junto hay una pareja joven. En la habitación había una bolsa debajo de la cama. Se esfuerzan pero no es suficiente, debe haber mejor supervisión.

Mucho ruido

No es un hotel familiar. El ruido se pasa de una habitación a otra y si vas con hijos y en la habitación de al lado te toca una pareja joven se vuelve sumamente incómodo. Es más incomodo eso que el propio ruido natural de la calle, ya que las habitaciones también colindan con una calle muy concurrida.
