This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good selection of foods in a nice room. We did.t try the pool or spa so can't comment on those facilities.

We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

Monique was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The location was great for beaches and town. Pool was out of action which was a little disappointing. Very clean hotel, had a superior room with sea view which was big and very comfortable bed.

We had a lovely stay here. We had a deluxe room with a balcony & whirlpool tub which had the sun all day. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was continental buffet which was fine with lots of variety. 2 minutes walk to beach. 10 minutes walk to The Lake with a variety of restaurants & shops

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Naiades Marina Hotel in Agios Nikolaos was truly disappointing. The room condition was outdated and frankly unsanitary. The bathroom was especially disgusting—there was visible rust, and the toilet had stains that looked like fecal streaks. It was genuinely unpleasant to even use the washroom. The faucet was also rusty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. We had chosen the room largely for the outdoor jacuzzi, but it was a complete letdown. It reeked heavily of chlorine and looked so unclean that we never even stepped in. The bed sheets didn’t feel properly cleaned either, and the overall room just lacked the basic cleanliness you’d expect at this price point. The breakfast was another low point. It was extremely limited and honestly quite gross. Just a few cold cuts and what tasted like fake juice from powder—nothing fresh or appetising. Definitely not something worth waking up early for. The only redeeming quality was the view from the balcony, but even that doesn’t justify the cost or the misleading photos online. If you’re hoping for a relaxing stay with a jacuzzi and a nice atmosphere, this is not the place. I would strongly recommend booking somewhere else. Total waste of money.

Good hotel although bathroom needs renovating.

The location of the hotel was great, although there was no onsite parking. The breakfast was average. The room was good, however the bathroom needs renovating (the shower was leaking and the toilet seat was too short for the toilet). Overall, it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

Excellent Stay

Excellent hotel, super well located. All the facilities you need are there. Staff very friendly and the hotel manager did everything possible to find us a doctor in Agios Nikolaos! Great!

Relaxing stay

We had a nice stay here in the hotel. The rooms while on the small side were clean & well maintained. The bathroom was a little small but functional. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is ideally located with only a 3 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to the centre of town. All things considered it was great value for money.

Very nice hotel and good location close to beach. Thought the balconies would face the sea but they did not. No water or coffee provided in the room ..... just a kettle! No parking at the hotel at all either.

Booked the hotel for the private jacuzzi on the balcony. Balcony was quite big with a clothes line to hang wet towels/bikinis. Jacuzzi itself was good. However, hotel is quite old. A lot of the things in the bathroom (faucet, shower, etc) were rusty and a lot of times there was a really smelly odor coming from the pipes. There’s no shower curtain so the bathroom gets really wet/flooded when someone showers. Overall, I would pick a different hotel next time.

We have spent two weeks at this hotel. Our stay was pleasant, the room was big enough for two people, nice decor and relaxing colour scheme, although very small balcony furnished with two chairs. The toilet was modern and functional, towels were replaced daily and shower gel provided. In the room the AC worked perfectly which was a bonus.The room was cleaned every day however under the bed I found dust and fluff, this area needs urgent attention. Breakfast was self served on the ground floor every morning, a simple continental/Greek breakfast but keep us going until lunch. Overall a great experience. I’d like to thank to the nicest people working at the reception as Nikoleta , Alexandra and Monika these three ladies were so helpful and friendly.Hoping to see you next time

The location was good for walking everywhere and the place was safe, clean, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was really great, so we slept well! We loved the sea view and balcony too. The breakfast was lovely and well presented. Our first day we did not have hot water in the hotel as there was some problem, but that was fixed by the end of the day. We did wish that there would be some information in the room or given at the reception desk about parking (a map with free parking areas circled, for example). Less packaging for items like sugar, installing a reusable container for body wash, and asking if guests would be willing to use towels again to consider the environment would help with sustainability. I think that with a few easy adjustments, the hotel could attract more guests by emphasizing caring for the environment. It is such a beautiful place. Thank you very much for making our visit to Agios Nikolaos memorable and happy!

Sadly, this hotel was a bit of a let down. We paid slightly more to ensure a deluxe. On our arrival we were told check in was 3pm despite it clearly saying on Expedia and on correspondence it was 2pm. We went to explore the area for an hour and came back to be told our room was still not ready. The room was basic with the necessary utilities- hairdryer, safe, kettle, tea/coffee making facilities and a hot tub on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and it was a nice edition but not much else made this room a deluxe. The room was not made up on the first morning of our stay- we think we were missed. And each day after that the room appeared only half made up, towels were not changed until our last night, tea, milk and coffee was not replaced daily. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and we went out every morning to the local bakery/coffee shop as the selection was much better. The hotel overall was clean and there was a spa- which was not open? And a gym with 3 machines so very basic amenities which we did not use. The hotel staff were quite pleasant and the hotel itself was very central to all shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions. We did not have difficulty parking but we had a very small hire car. We would only recommend this hotel if you are looking for very basic/ budget, nothing too bad about it, it just did not impress or match the vibe we got from their booking page or compare to similar hotels we stayed in previously.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel in direkter Strandlage wenig zu laufen! Zimmer ist Ruhig sehr guter Lage und mit reichhaltigen Frühstuck! Matratze und Bett sind auch sehr gut! es fehlte an gar nichts! Monique ist auch eine sehr gute Hotelinhaberin . kann nützliche tips für Agios Nikolaos geben ! Alles in allem sehr gut!

Hotel rinnovato di recente in zona centrale ma tranquilla di agios nicolaos. Letto molto comodo, TV con canali sat e buona colazione. Camera con bella vista mare. Manca però il wifi ed è stato molto complicato trovare parcheggio.

Top locatie! Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk! Geen enkele vraag is teveel! De badkamer was voor ons een minpunt, het is een kleine badkamer waardoor het doucheraam niet groter gemaakt kan worden en de badkamer onder water staat bij een douche van 10 minuten. Dit hebben ze wel proberen oplossen door een extra afvoer te voorzien. Desondanks blijft er veel water staan. Het reinigen van het bubbelbad kan ook wel wat beter. Door de vele wind waait er wat vuil in het bubbelbad, het zuiveringssysteem doet niet echt goed zijn werk waardoor het vuil in het bad blijft. Verder is het een goede kamer. We miste wel een klas op de kamer, er zijn mokken aanwezig voor je koffie maar als je geen koffie of theedrinker bent mis je een glas. Bedankt om ons zo hartelijk te ontvangen!
