"The hotel grounds are beautiful and so are the rooms. Well appointed, nicely laid out, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and clean. Staff was very friendly and parking is available - not a walkable location but very close to town. I would definitely stay here again!"

We arrived around noon and nobody was there (we had advised them ahead of time but they never got back to us about it), and the lights were off. We left our luggage behind the desk and walked around a bit but had a tour at 3 p.m., and it took three phone calls to get someone to come around that time for the check-in so we could change and freshen up. "Fantastic room for a few nights stay or longer. Room had a nice big bed, a 2 person table built into the wall near a wonderful view of the hillside. It all came equipped with items you may need if wanting to cook in your room like a stove top and rangehood, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle and mugs, plates and cutlery. Heating/cooling system was great and fairly easy to use. You may need to hop up in the night to adjust though as no remote. It was truly wonderful staying here. Such a great...

"I loved the location, can't really get much closer to the sights without becoming a monk at one of the monateries. The hotel is a older but clean and well cared for. Parking is easy, and the staff are lovely attentive people. It's cozy, quiet and really you can't beat the location."
