"Very good location. Clean and very affordable place to stay."

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at."

"Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud"

"The photos on Expedia were very misleading and did not match the actual room we received. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and not well maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. The only reason I’m giving it a 3/10 instead of a 0/10 is because we stayed immediately after Typhoon Bavi. "The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances."

"Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

"I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive.
