Excellent location and the area was walkable to shops bars and restaurants. Only downside is the hotel is a little tired. It’s kept immaculately clean and the staff are lovely and friendly.

This was our third time here all staff are great can't do enough for you,the entertainment team are brilliant, restaurant staff brilliant, just remember it is a tipping culture, so tip well and reap the rewards

Worlds Hidden Gem .

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in … nothing was a problem .. the views , the beauty were amazing. Re clothes .. same as any other country . This was a hotel & beach holiday for us so we didn’t venture far Rooms were fabulous Staff so nice !

Good hotel, a bit out dated. The live entertainment runs until 11 pm so if you go with family that's something to consider. Food was good, location is good. Some staff are so lovely and some are just stuck up. 4 out of 5 definitely.

Had the loveliest time here. The staff are very nice and polite, eager to help. Our room was also upgraded for free! And the food selection was also very good and diverse for a 4-5 day stay. However do consider that this is a city centre hotel so on weekends even during Ramadan it is very loud until 1am, so bring earplugs or book somewhere more remote :) Also so many french pensioners with sour faces! cheer up people

The staff were not helpful when we had questions or needed help. The bed sheets in our room were not changed and we had no wifi in the room. Had little choice for food options and the food was below average. The excursions were not inclusive if you dont speak French and not worth the money at all. The entertainment and shows were good and we enjoyed the private area of the beach

Would Only Return for the Staff

The staff entertainment staff were great, great location for the beach. Sadly the "all inclusive" info was incorrect on the hotels own website, so the number of restaurants and availability of free non-motorised water activities was incorrect. The bed was so hard, sleeping on the tile floor would have been more comfortable - we orders more pillows from front desk and slept on top of those in the end.

The hotel rooms & some exterior areas are in much need of refurbishment/not cleaned thoroughly in bedrooms / pool bar staff unfriendly / choice of drinks poor for an all inclusive / plastic cups used by pool fair enough but in other areas of hotel & in the lounge bar a great shame. The staff in the restaurant were excellent very friendly and helpful especially when our son was unwell.....our regular waiter became Mohammed a genuine helpful kind gentleman. Food was excellent, great choice of fresh salads, fruit and Moroccan food. Sea views from restaurant beautiful.

Amazing

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Agadir with its own/private beach place. The hotel is new and clean with a beautiful big swimming pool. The rooms are clean, big and confortable except the mattresses a little hard but didn't change my nice stay overall. We took an all inclusive plan and it was worthed. The food was excellent and different each day with a lot of choice. But first of all, the staff was very nice and helpful (thanks again Abdelatif and Abdelwahab! Keep your beautiful smile and good attitude!) Everyone was nice to us. We had an excellent service! Overall, I recommand this hotel without hesitation!

Toilet wasn't very clean huge crack in bath with rust stains ousing out. Shower head holder was very loose and wouldn't hold shower head properly. Room 140 at front of hotel was VERY noisy with loud music coming from the nearby nightclub till 4am. I asked for a change of room but was told the hotel was fully booked.

This hotel has a late night disc in the basement and the bass sound resonates throughout the whole main building. Insist on a room in one of several satellite buildings if you want a good nights sleep. The hotel caters very heavily on the French clientele so all of the activities announcements are in French. So, unless you can speak French you will have to ask for an explanation. During the cooler months you will have to take appropriate clothing as non of the rooms have heating and so gets Very cold!!
