Not as expected - get what you pay for!

Friendly staff however this can’t make up for the shoddy conditions of this hotel and the lack of cleanliness. And when you complain about the room they just tell you there’s no other rooms available. Our bathroom door handle literally came apart from the door, shower had no curtain so the whole bathroom gets drenched, toilet seemed to be leaking so floor was constantly wet. Also no bathroom ventilation. The rooms themselves are spacious but the lack of cleanliness and shoddy conditions let it down. Nice bar downstairs (Winstons English Pub), location is great - near the beach and bars, hotel restaurant is okay too and they bring the food to the room which is good. Outdoor pool area is pleasant but the pool is cold. There is security at night as well so you feel safe, if you want to bring guests back they will need to book another room though. I suppose you get what you pay for as this hotel is fairly cheap, but issues do need addressing to make it anywhere near 4 star! At the moment it’s more like 3 star at best!

Welcoming staff but the hotel needs updating and not a 4 star at all, checked out the next day even thou i paid for 2 nights.

La propreté des chambres est douteuse. Le petit déjeuner est limité, pas de fruits. En revanche l'hotel se trouve a proximité de l'hôtel, 5min a pieds.

Det kallas boutiquehotell, men är så långt ifrån ett boutiquehotell man kan tänka sig.Billigt, så det är kanske vad man kan förvänta sig. Trist och spartanskt. Dåligt fungerande wifi. Dålig värme i rummen, något som behövs i december. Tråkig frukost. Nära till stranden.

INADMISSIBLE

Catastrophique ! L'hygiène inexistante, l'hôtel est vide de touriste mais très fréquenté par la prostitution. A partir de minuit impossible de dormir, la boîte de nuit entre dans la chambre, les basses raisonnent, les prostitués alcoolisées montent dans les étages. Aucune isolation phonique. Le WIFI ne marche pas, les draps sont tâchés mais on vous dira que ce n'est pas grave (la gouvernante). Les serviettes sont rincées, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner...la catastrophe ! Le seul qui a bien réalisé sont travail pour rouler les clients, est bien le photographe ! En résumé, à éviter absolument et à dénoncer abondamment !!!

QUIET AND RESTFUL A LA SUITE

A quiet, spacious sleek hotel, with bar and food services available if required throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff; requirements promptly dealt. Wholsesome breakfast, and change upon request. Room cleaned, towels changed each day. Located on main road, easy to get taxis, short walk to the beach, local restaurants and other hotels in the area. Lovely decorated lounge bar next door little disturbance. Balcony with table and chairs, a good outside spot. Additional taxes on depature though.

Bel effet trompe l'oeil, hall d'entrée

Vraiment déçu, hall d'entrée correcte, accueil passable. Nous avons pris une suite, arrivée en chambre, nous avons fait le tour afin de remarquer si tout allait bien comme nous le faisons dans tous nos déplacements dans le monde que nous visitons. 1*, couac impossible de faire marcher la télévision, 2*, Pas de wifi ni internet, même le technicien demandé n'a pas réussi a le faire marcher. La télévision mise en marche n'a que deux chaînes française, les autres toutes allemande alors que la parabole est astra. 3*, La salle bain: Pas de rideaux de douche, (vrai piscine) côté lavabo, la moitié des ingrédients sont absents, pas de séchoir à cheveux, les verres en plastique ne sont pas protégés, pas de poubelle. 4*, Le mini bar est vide et ne marche pas. 5*, Climatiseur ne fonctionne pas. 6*, L'extérieur est très bruyant vu la proximité de l'immeuble voisin et des voisins très bruyant jusqu'à 5h du matin vu que nous sommes obligés d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre pour la chaleur. 7*, Très mauvaise insonorisation, et grande résonance avec des clients très qui n'ont aucun savoir vivre. 8*, Et pour couronner le tout nous descendons pour le petit déjeuner à 7h15 comme l'accueil nous avais informé lors de notre arrivée, rien de préparé, pas de personnel sauf les gens de la sécurité. Il a fallu attendre jusqu'à 8h pour avoir un semblant de beefsteak . Pour un hôtel 4 **** rien à voir, cela ne vaut même pas 2** et en plus heureusement que le prix était remisé de 50%.

Personnel très serviable, très bien situé, un peu bruyant à cause du bar au RDC qui résonne dans le hall mais vraiment pas très dérangeant. Chambre spacieuse, prix intéressant en comparaison à d'autres hôtels du même quartier, la mer est à quelques pas.
