It might not have been the Ritz(London) however the help from the management and concierge was fantastic,I could ask them anything Security man was great and friendly Breakfast good when I went in to eat and reasonably priced Good location to walk to beach and believe me the staff really great, could not have asked more from anyone Will probably return for a longer visit Colin Hilton

Excellent staff but hotel needs a refurb

Stayed with my young kids as a stop over for my flight the next day got there late and nobody helped with luggage from the taxi to the hotel but the check in staff looked after me after that and allows a late check out as I was with my kids and they were tired and needed a good nights rest

The room was fine, everything else quite old and used. Also, in the evening, it was really loud due to music from the hotel next doors. Location wise it‘s fine simce the beach is quite close by foot. Would not book again tough.

This was my first time visiting Agadir and my first trip back to Morocco after 13 years of living in the U.S., so I was really looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. Although my check-in time was at 2:00 PM, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 11:00 PM after a long journey. Sadly, the room I was given wasn’t ready. The door lock wasn’t working, so I had to change rooms. The second room had an extra bed added, but it was uncomfortable, there were no blankets, and the TV wasn’t working. The next day, they moved me to another room, but it was still missing many essentials — no towels for the bathroom and again, the TV wasn’t working. I mentioned these issues to the reception, but the response I received was, “It’s not my problem; you should ask the person before me,” which was frustrating. On the positive side, the staff at the breakfast buffet were very kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated their attitude. The hotel location is nice, and I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere of Agadir. I hope my feedback helps the hotel improve communication, room preparation, and guest service so future visitors can have a better experience. A simple smile, good communication, and proper attention to guest needs make a big difference.

We did enjoy sitting at the garden area by the swimming pool, and that was the only great thing about this hotel in my opinion! The hotel rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation and maintenance, especially the bathrooms! It’s those kind of rooms where you have to keep the windows open at night in order to sleep, because of the moldy smell, and bring your own pillowcase because of how dirty it feels! Compared to another hotel we stayed in the nights before, the front desk staff weren’t flexible when it came to our ID’s and required physical non copy ID’s for all of us in order to check us in, which resulted in one of us having to go to the police station to get a pass! They didn’t accept a driver’s license identification nor an ID copy! Very inconvenient! The property itself has great potential if they just renovated and kept maintaining it! So many night clubs surrounding the area and it looks like some prostitution going on in the hotel rooms as well, so not very family friendly!

I stayed at Hamilton for 5 nights in February for my solo trip . I found the room to be comfortable,beds comfortable, nice size balcony terrace and clean. Only downside as no kettle or anything in the room to make a cup of tea. Saying that there was a lovely bar in the lobby which serves anything you may require. Downstairs pool area nice and relaxing, outside bar serves food which was lovely also… all Staff were friendly and helpful :) Close to beach, marina all walkable distance. Over all positive stay at the Hamilton hotel thank-you for a nice stay.
