"They should not be allowing these certain rooms to be rented out. This was literally opening a door and there being a bed there there was no room for luggage or anything else. It was insanely hot and even when I attempted to contact them to indicate that please if we could split to a different room or anything they were unable to accommodate. None of the locks were working most handles were hanging off not very safe."

"As soon as we checked in and got to our room we notified the front desk that the AC didn't work. We were told that no other rooms were available and since we had already stayed in the room we couldn't get a refund. We had only stayed in the room for 10 minutes at that point. After nearly 3 hours on several chats and conversations with Expedia we were able to cancel our 2nd night and got about half our money back."

"Absolutely without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Not one surface in this place is clean. The beds are riddled with bed bugs. The walls have a land lord special paint job. And also, they have shuttle free from airport to the hotel and the hotel to the port, we will give 5 stars to this property and would stay again for the next trip."

"This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational."
