Perfect location, underground parking, very-very big room with full kitchen and absolutely beautiful mountain view. Good restorant is in the next building, so we had everything on place. This is relatively high altitude village, easy access.

This hotel is under renovation. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned/ sanitized. There were flies buzzing in the hotel, in our room and in the breakfast area. On a positive note, I liked the area of the hotel though, it’s closed to the bus stop. The views were amazing! The breakfast was great too.

The rooms and the hotel in general is old and the furniture and cleanliness is outdated/questionable. The parking is free but be aware that it is a small space and although there were about 7 parking spots they were occupied by 4 cars. This is the only free parking available. All rooms do not have kitchens and the kitchens do not have any cooking equipment (no pots, pans, utensils etc.). After talking with the reception we got a room with a kitchen but it was useless because there was no equipment. Unfortunately they were not able to accommodate the breakfast according to allergies (although this was communicated beforehand and no issue was raised at that point). The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff was friendly and the room had a bed to sleep in. If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in for a fairly reasonable price, this hotel can be ok for one or two nights.

The hotel was not clean at all, and unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. When we reported that $200 CAD was missing from my bag in our room, the reception staff did not take the situation seriously or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, we were told that “$200 is not a lot.” That response was completely unacceptable. It doesn’t matter whether the amount is $20 or $2,000, guests’ belongings and money should be safe in their rooms. No guest should have to worry about someone going through their bags or taking money from their personal belongings. We expected the hotel to take our concern seriously and investigate the situation, but we felt dismissed and unsupported. This experience was extremely disappointing and would make us think twice about staying at this hotel again.

NO Air Conditioning, they were doing renovations in our hallway while staying there. The beds were very uncomfortable and are hard as a rock. Showers are tiny. Confusing and not easy where to pull up to check in. No security for porch, so can’t keep door or windows open while gone to let air come in. No extra lock on door to hallway either. So maintenance or maid can ring bell and enter no matter what. A bit noisy with restaurant, neighbors and street there and windows open.

Älteres Hotel, was bei der Buchung bekannt war. Dennoch waren wir enttäuscht und froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben. Schmuddelige Teppiche im Flur. Zum Glück die Zimmer mit neuerem Boden (keinen Teppich). In unserem Zimmer war insbesondere das Bad schmuddelig und schmutzig. Einige Lampen brannten nicht (insbesondere die Nachttischlampen). Funktionstüchtige Steckdosen mussten gesucht werden (nur zwei von ca. sechs vorhandenen funktionierten). Frühstücksbüffet einfach aber ok. Tische konnten sauberer sein. Top: kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und der Sitzplatz war gemütlich mit einer tollen Aussicht. Ich würde dort auch sehr gerne mehrere Nächte mit 4 Personen verbringem anstatt nur einer Nacht. Ein Frühjahrsputz wäre mal fällig, aber es war alles soweit annehmlich.

Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer untergebracht. Bereits bei der Anreise hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, den Hotelparkplatz zu finden. Zudem waren die meisten Plätze in der Garage dauerhaft reserviert, wodurch die Parksituation unübersichtlich wirkte. Das Zimmer selbst machte einen deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck und war leider nicht sauber. Insbesondere die Treppe im Zimmer war stark verschmutzt. Audderdem waren einige Möbelstücke beschädigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass das Bett bequem war. Generell wirkt das gesamte Hotel renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Realistisch würden wir eher 2 Sterne vergeben. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch ohne besondere Highlights. Enttäuschend fanden wir zudem den Check-out: Bei der Abreise wurde nicht nach unserem Aufenthalt oder möglichem Feedback gefragt.

Hôtel encore beaucoup dans son jus malgré la rénovation d'une partie des chambres. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon agréable, a priori rénovée mais avec encore des équipements très vieux (cuisine non fonctionnelle hormis le réfrigérateur, minuscule télévision, "banc" avec un revêtement en tissu sale..), matelas très mous qui ont vécu, pas de climatisation et seul un chauffage central dans l'hotêl mis à fond. Petit déjeuner inclus mais produits industriels sans goût hormis le pain qui était très bon. Malgré cela, hôtesses d'accueil très serviables et chaleureuses.
