However, I was searching on Expedia for a hotel in Basel, Switzerland, so listing a property in a different country (France), no matter how close to Basel, should have been clearly indicated. I chose this hotel because it seemed like good value for money and only realized it was in France when preparing my maps for the trip weeks later.
