  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Great place to stay, we recommend it strongly

We stayed in the hotel for a week. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and fit for all the family. The place and the view are amazing, 100m. from the main attraction - the rock park. The only thing that need to be improved is the room service. The was cleaned only once and we didn't have shampoo/soap the last few days. In the evening, nobody is able to help and the reception is not working.

Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly.

Positiv: Der Eingang zur Adersbacher Felsenstadt ist vom Hotel aus zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Parken kann man am Hotel. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sehr schön und groß. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüfett gab es zu unserer Freude sehr viel Obst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant mit einer guten Abendkarte. Negativ: Unser Zimmer wurde erst nach Reklamation geputzt. Die Betten wurden während unseres viertägigen Aufenthaltes jedoch nie gemacht.

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr schön, dasHotel ist gut gelegen. Der Parkplatz war ohne Gebühr. Der Check-in war eher schwierig. Keine Zimmerreinigung oder Handtuchwechsel während der vier Tage Aufenthalt. Frühstück gab es bis zehn Uhr, aber schon 20 Minuten vorher wurde begonnen, die Tische nebenan zu reinigen und die Stühle hochzustellen.

Jsme spokojeni i pejsek. Z hotelu jsou skály takřka na dosah. Pouze na menu bychom uvítali více bezmasých jídel. To jako typ ne vítka;)

SO LALA!

Soweit war es einigermaßen sauber im Hotel. Das positive war das das Zimmer sehr groß war. Zimmerservice gab es abends wo wir uns geweigert haben da wir es uns schon bequem gemacht hatten. Beim Essen abends war leider in den 4 Tagen immer leider die gleiche Speisekarte da und diese war auch schon so vergriffen das sie schon länger die gleiche immer gab. Leider war an einem Tag die Nudelsuppe so fad das sie sogar noch an den Gewürzen gespart hatten und bei dem Kürbisragout musste man leider den Kürbis suchen und das angegebene Gemüse konnte man an an einer Hand zählen. Am Frühstück konnten wir soweit nichts bemängeln. Aber beim Kaffee das wir 2 Tage lang das gleiche bestellt hatten war beim 2.ten mal keine Sahne obwohl der Kellner an uns am Nachbartisch auch welche serviert hatte und dreimal dürfen Sie raten diese waren mit Sahne. Leider waren die Stühle und Bänke ohne Polsterung daher konnte man dort nicht lange sitzen und kleine Sitzkissen gab es nur vereinzelt. Ich habe auch sehr lange in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und denke das geht um einiges besser.
