A special and memorable place

A special and memorable place to stay in a castle. Located high on the hills above the town of Admont with nice views and a little spa for quests. Our room was big but unfortunately on the ground-floor near the elevator and dining hall so it was a bit noisy during breakfast and dinner time. They offer a dinner buffet for 20,50 € (does not include any drinks), but it was sadly a disappointment since it did not have fish or vegetarian options even though we specially asked for those in advance. Nice staff and especially the waitress at the breakfast and dinner.

The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing.

Exceptional property in its price range

Beautiful property, with absolutely incredible views. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t speak any higher about the employees. Some elements of the room could be modernised a little but it’s an old building. We had one of the 2 story rooms with a courtyard and Mountain View from one side and then a Mountain View the other. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used and was very surprised at the amount of water pressure at such an old building. Spa area was lovely and a beautiful addition to the property. Very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend, especially at this price point.

Personeel niet erg vriendelijk. Komen nergens in tegemoet. Kamers voldeden niet aan belofte. Waren vingerhoedjes en zeer gehorig (kon telefoon op trillen bij de buren horen door mn oordopjes heen). Waterkoker op de kamer was leuk geweest. Wilde je heet water, dan koste dat euro's. Bij avondeten betaalde je zelfs voor kraanwater, bovenop toch al dure kamertjes. Ik kom hier niet meer.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Wir sind mit kleinen Kindern (1 und 5 Jahre alt) angereist. Das Babybett war bei Ankunft bereits aufgebaut. Beim Frühstück dann erstmal kurz die übliche Panik bei uns ob es einen Babystuhl geben würde bis wir sahen, dass für unsere Familie bereits ein Tisch mit Namensschild, Babystuhl und extra Kindergeschirr (Paw Patrol) für unser zweites Kind vorbereitet war. Im Essensbereich gibt es auch eine j kleine Spieleecke für Kinder. 10/10 familienfreundlich. Gerne wieder

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel, dame aan de balie die zei de manager te zijn is verschrikkelijk. Vieze borden, vies bestek, voedselresten in de kamer. Echt heel jammer van de 233€ per nacht.

sehr schöner ort mit einem wundervollen biergarten unter kastanien. das personal war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. ich würde dort wieder übernachten bzw. ein langes wochenende mit der familie verbringen.

Unkompliziertes Schloss Ambiente in toller Lage

Das Schloss hat eine fantastische Lage. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Blick ins Ennstal. Zimmer war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet und attraktive Abendmenues.

Beim Check-In wurde ich zum kostenlosen Upgrade auf eine Suite beglückwünscht, da ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, allerdings keines mehr verfügbar war. Aus "hui" wurde leider schnell "pfui", als ich ins ungemachte Zimmer kam. Die Mistkübel quellten über, Bett und Handtücher waren offensichtlich benutzt, der Raum war stickig und das in Zeiten von COVID... Es wurde dann eine Reinigung organisiert, welche zunächst allerdings nur das Bett machte

Skitourentage im Gesäuse.

Nettes Hotel. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss. Zimmer sehr schön. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Das einzige Manko, da wir auf Skitouraufenthalt waren, es gab keinen Trockenraum. Ski liesen wir im Auto und Skischuhe nahmen wir ins Zimmer mit. Ev kommen wir im Sommer wieder auf Wanderurlaub.
