"The place is built sustainability so there is a solar farm for electricity and rainwater downpipes that lead to underground cisterns on each building. These cisterns supply water to the building. The building is near to the coast and you can see the sea and yachts based on the room that you assigned. It is a lovely place, very serene. It is about 7 mins by car from the Falmouth Harbour Marina. If you are interested you could informally get a tour of the marina. The staff were very good, both the admin staff and the perons who clean the room. There is washing machine in the one bedrooms and above (not the studios). On balance, very lovely place and supportive staff. I would stay at Neem View Apartments again if I am visiting Antigua."

"Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous."

"A great inn set within a historical location. Great amenities, restaurants and pool with boat service to all these and the nearby Galleon Beach. Loft room was spectacular with an amazing view of the harbor. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We can not wait to come back."

"It took a while to decide on where to stay on my first visit to Antigua, but I am so glad my search landed me at Copper & Lumber. The hotel is truly one of the most unique stays I’ve had. The grounds are beautiful, the room (studio) was super spacious, and had everything we needed. The AC worked, though it didn’t extend into the bathroom, which admittedly is small and not for anyone claustrophobic. Otherwise, I felt like I was in a movie staying there, such nice details and everything is picture-worthy. The staff were amazing! They gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit and eat at. Within an hour of arrival, I had mangoes delivered to the room, followed by a whole bag the next morning. That was the best! They were always up for conversation, which I appreciated. The location of the hotel is ideal also, there are lots of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Shirley’s heights is about a 15-min taxi ride away and is a must-do experience for the weekly parties/bbq. Pigeon’s beach is about a 20-minute walk away. The minibus also runs on the Main Street to take you into St. John’s. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! Still daydreaming about it…."
