"On arrival, we didnt realise there was an older wing and a newer wing. We were in the older wing and the lifts do not go up to the 2nd floor in the older part of the hotel where our room was located and so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our rooms. The walk was very higgly piggly and I did some damage to my back carrying the suitcases upstairs. As a senior, it would have been nice if help was provided with our luggage. When we checked out we asked for someone to take our luggage...

"Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough"

"Loft room was more spacious than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. A nice base in the Cotswolds"

"The best! Want to go back already!"

"Good B&B hotel, Good Breakfast, A bit small room. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown. Driving to Northleach or Burford is about 15 minutes. "

"Initially booked a two night stay but cut this short to one night after a horrid experience. We stayed here during the height of the 2026 summer heat wave. The hotel DID have air conditioning, but there was a sign in the room essentially stating that it was broken / deactivated. Upon speaking to the unbothered reception staff, it was discovered that the hotel once had air conditioning, but it had broken years ago and wouldn't be repaired. The room was stiflingly hot. "I enjoyed my 3 night visit. I found the staff pleasant and the hotel a nice ambience. My room was a little tired but everything I needed. I will stay again. Great value for money."

"Wonderful small hotel with a big heart! The best impression was the personal touch. The note they leave on your bed, the list of locally supplied ingredients with a map! Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and the best food! I have to praise Olie (I hope I got the name right), he was so helpful, calm and patient. 10/10 hotel 10/10 location 11/10 food"

"The staff were very helpful and it felt homely and very comfortable. The food was enjoyable too. For an old building it was kept in good condition, nicely decorated and showed the history through artwork and photos."

"Amazing garden view from breakfast hotel window. Memorable trip and higly recommend to stay and visit"

"Great location although parking restricted to road"

"We had the best stay at the Broadway Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Our room was cute and cozy, and we especially loved the bar with its roaring wood-burning fireplace. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus, and the convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. Would absolutely recommend!"

"The guy who welcome us on the arrival date were nice including in the morning with different guy. The hotel is nice and cute with lovely breakfast room. The lady who take care us for breakfast were lovely."
