Great stay

A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff at reception and in the dining area were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was of excellent quality and recognizing that repairs were still ongoing after the devastating earthquake the service was exemplary

The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We were welcomed by Sabit & Harun on arrival and Sabit gave us lots of great advice for tourist sights, which we didn’t know about. In the morning, we had trouble starting our car and again, the front desk was amazing, helping us get someone out together it fixed and organizing a taxi, in the meantime. The hotel itself was perfect. Our room was huge and included everything we needed. There was a gym, sauna & Turkish bath available as well as a laundry, which we used and appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark & quiet, resulting in a great sleep. Highly recommended!

Hotel is mainly serving bus tourists. It is new and clean. Staff could be friendlier. Location is not ideal. There isn’t much around the hotel.

Good enough

An OK hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was ok, but there was no hot water in my room which made my stay uncomfortable. Also breakfast restaurant is right next to the door, so I was freezing the entire time. Luckily the stay was just for one night, so it wasn't a huge issue.

İmkan var ancak çalışanlar çok isteksiz müşteri kaçıracak cinsten. Resepsiyon çalışanı hiç ilgili değil zorla çalıştırılıyor gibi davrandı. İlk girişte hiç ilgilenmedi size yardımcı olacağım diyip oturma alanına gönderdi tekrar biz yanına gittik. Ertesi sabah kahvaltı için ödemeye indim 10da bitmesine rağmen 10da ödeme yaptım ve bittiğini sonra söyledi. Kısa bir süre içinde kahvaltımı yapmak zorunda kaldım. Restaurant alanının sigara içilebilir bölümündeki klimalar çalışmıyordu. Odalar ferah temiz otel ürünleri kaliteli

Sıcak su sorunu

Otele girdiğimiz anda sıcak su olmadıgı tamir yapıldıgı soylendı. Sıcak su geç geldi, gelen sıcak su değil ılık su idi. Sabah uyanıp duş almak istemiğimizde suyun akmadığını farkettik ve yine aynı cevapla karşılaştık. Sıcak suda bakım var, ne zaman gelir, bilmiyoruz. Duş alamadan otelden ayrıldık. Ikıncı konu extra ücret ödeyerek family room satınaldık, odaya gidince çek yatın olmadıgını gorduk.sordugumuzda o odalarda cekyatın olmadıgı yanıtını aldık, sonrasında bizi standart iki yataklı odaya yönlendirdiler. Ufak bir meyve tabagı hesiyesiyle.
