"Perfect location! Central to everything. Can go on Embarcadero or Morro Bay Blvd for food or shopping. It's a steep hill so you get a beautiful view of the rock as you walk down. Got the ocean view so had a beautiful breeze. There are overhead cables throughout town which is a bummer - I wish all cities were able to put their wires underground to keep the views clean. The screens were busted but wasn't an issue since the bugs are just on the sand. It's not fancy, but clean and well...
