"Shane made us feel very welcome and even allowed us in even though we were significantly early. The room was very tidy and well dressed up, and everything worked in the room. We soon then took off down the road to visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park and spent the remainder of the day there. We went out with recommendations by Shane and it was a great choice. "I would recommend this hotel. The building is a little old but you can see they have tried to update it. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. On-site parking is a big plus with easy access to the Cliffs of Moher. Make this spot an excellent jump off point."

"We were in a suite. There was no mini bar, no kettle. Had to go to lower floor parlour for coffee. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. No lock on bathroom door which was very heavy. No shower screen and water leaked from shower hose soaking floor. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Reception closes at 6pm!"

No a/c or fan so windows had to be kept open, noisy street below. They put the drinking glasses on back of toilet! Worst hotel of Ireland trip so far. Horribly uncomfortable beds and pillows. I’m"

"We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. "
