Excellent place to stay in Accra. It’s central so easy to access city night life, etc. Very friendly and lovely staff who always made sure you were comfortable. Will definitely use it again when I am back in Ghana.

The Appartment is luxurious but not well isolated. You hear noises from the neighbors. Even if they're having a conversation. No sound device is allowed to be on between 22:00 and 08:00 because the neighbors will be disturbed. The receptionists aren't all that friendly and security is strict. Always asking your uber driver not to park and you're not allowed to hang your blanket on the balcony. Besides that, the Appartment is comfortable and my host was great.

It’s a scam, go to Loxwoods actual website to book. We went in person to the actual hotel and they said people rent out the apartments one by one and this person had 6 ppl come asking for this one. They were not able to accomadate us but did not cancel the reservation. Don’t book here

The host cancelled my booking 5.30pm on the day of arrival whilst i was in transit. I landed to a message that she has no availability. Which left me scrambling to find somewhere last minute. Also the process to get my refund back was long and required me making several visits to expedia live help and constantly calling the host to confirm she cancelled my booking and i had not sstayed in the property. I would never book again

Customer service is atrocious😩😩. They treat you as if you need them. Did NOT have anyone to take inventory of the accommodation! There was NO water as their representative didn’t turn up to take me through how to either use or access the facilities. She rather complained that she had waited till 6pm when I had sent her a message earlier that my flight was landing around 7pm. A very Rude customer service representative
