La habitación estuvo realmente impecable y el personal fue amable, la comida excelente sin embargo si notamos que ya casi para dar las 11 pm ya el personal no te atendían con tantas ganas, el personal de la playa cero amable, te sirven lo que quieren y te ayudan solo si van más de 2 personas, siento que si consideran que no traes capacidad de pago ni te voltean a ver

La habitación se mantuvo limpia ya que se hace diario. El personal fue atento. Bebidas y comidas calidad precio. Solo la cena Italia se sintió bastante salada, en especial la pizza.

Habitacion, comida,baño,todo lo que tiene que ver redpecto al hotel, el personal muy bien muy atento pero el hotel por lo que cobran muy mala calidad los baños te sientas y no puedes cerrar la puerta, y aparte el baño del cuarto que nos toco tenia que bajarle mas de 5 veces ,el camion en que te llevan ala playa se anda callendo a pedazos no muy mala calidad del hotel no se los recomienro

Todo muy bien, pero lo que no me gustó fue que las bebidas te las dan en vasos desechables , pienso que es demasiada contaminación, lo mejor es que lleven sus termos y solo den la porción de los 2 vasos que dan por persona. A mi punto de vista solo es por la contaminación del desechable , tarda mucho en degradarse, es contaminación para nuestros animales marinos y terrestres.

La comida fue sensacional, no hubo nada malo, todo lo que comí fue fantástico. Mi único "pero" es la dinámica de la playa, que empieza a las 10am tal vez más temprano (con todo y sus servicios) sería mejor en mi opinión. Fuera de eso todo excelente regresaría sin dudarlo
