Is dirty they sale Something completely different th picture of the room are completely different a what you get washer and dryer at the middle of the room whit no insulation floor dirty bathroom dirty hair on the shower from the last guest is the worse experience is my life

No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby.

stay here if you're fred flinstone. Horrible Hotel

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

Para empezar la recepción es deprorable por que al llegar 0 atención al cliente la señora siempre con una cara de enojada y al entregar la otra recepcionista ni las gracias ni nada, solo vinos a personal al llegar e irnos, las instalaciones un 4 de 10, la cosineta es funcional pero los trates sucios, cucarachas en las escaleras y pasillos, por la mañana el hotel huele a caño y apartir de las 4 am empiezan a cantar los gallos de atrás, la alberca una porquería sucia y con mucho químico sin agua solo a la mitad, el elevador daba miedo usarlo y en la noche no funciona bien se traba, el cuarto que nos toco 503 no tiene teléfono esta cortado el cable y al hablar a recepción para el. WiFi el. Que respondio grosero y parecía ebrio por que no se le entendia.... Te cobran el. Estacionamiento aparte 100 por día o lo dejas afuera pero si te agarra un franelero ya te salió igual.... En conclusión todo pésimo lo uníco rescatable es la hubicacion y ya.....
