Nothing near bye. Food was good, but not any other options than just the buffet. Pool towels were available, which was great, but I would have liked to be able to bring to room and leave in room for pick up

The Resort is located in a good place in El Salvador. Amazing views of the water. The check-in to this place is a little hectic and it feel overwhelming. You have to wait in line in your car if you come before 3pm. Then wait in line at a giant room and then make line to get food reservations. As for the rooms. They are spacious. My AC was old so it would get hot in the room. We had ants in our room too. As for restaurants. Wendy was amazing serving us at Chack Balam. Her serves made us feel comfortable. She made sure we always had water and juices and a clean table ♥️ For recommendations to the resort. Add AC in the restaurants. It would go a long way! Would make eating feel more comfortable for everyone foreign and locals. For pools, have them open longer time. 9pm is early maybe 11pm or 12pm would help especially since it’s hot in El Salvador in the night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I would change things to make the guest more comfortable especially after paying a good amount. I’m still unsure if I would recommend this to others or if I would come back. But I did enjoy the time here.

I absolutely love love this place. Everyone here is super friendly, kind, helping and accommodating. I’ve been here three times and brought my children and mother for the first time and they absolutely enjoyed it!!

This property is old everything needs a remake. The food quality is terrible. We also got a massage and there are no showers to wash before or after the massage. In the dining room there were endless amounts of mosquitoes.

This situation was addressed within the hotel, it is worth mentioning that the hotel managed the return of some items that were found in the public areas belonging to you and we also have the documents that support us having delivered them to you. It is worth mentioning that our staff always instills respect, tolerance and non-discrimination towards people given that we are all equal but certain behavior cannot be admitted to people, especially when they want to physically attack the staff, in the hotel there is rules of coexistence for the enjoyment of all guests. From the initial entrance guest where lined up outside in the hot sun until 2:30 Food reservations where only buffet which wasn’t advertised The staff was probably the worst we had in the six days we have stayed in El Salvador , no one was friendly or helpful. When trying to reserve dinner. The lady was rude and very short and un willing to answer any questions Even the people checking in and out towels where rude. For a price you pay considering it’s in El Salvador this was terrible. Really wish I hadn’t booked this resort. P.s air conditioning was not working. Staff acted as if it was normal.

Best Decameron hotel, period. We had visited all Decameron Hotels and this one is hands down the best of them. Great pools, specially the one filled with ocean water. amazing dinning choices and drinks. Top notch entertainment, and the nightly show never disappointed. This hotel is the best for all of the above mentioned, but what makes the difference is the people that work there. We are in awe of the loveliness and friendliness of the staff. We found our place, the search is over. Thank you

The rooms were nice but the air conditioning units were bad it would get super hot in the room and the ac unit was leaking into the room.The food was bad.The people that work at the resort were so rude and when I would ask them something they would get attitude and the people trying to sell you packages to become a member they heard us speaking English they would try to harass us to buy it and would not take no for an answer.And the WIFI was terrible if you need an area to work or keep in contact with people do not stay there.The salt water pool was nice and the pools were okay.They also don’t let you reserve for things ahead of time.Also they don’t really speak English only a few people there spoke English so if you only speak English I don’t really recommend.

The check in is horrible! They sit you in a hot room to wait for your name to be called like the DMV, a lot of restrictions, I dont think the natural pool is cleaned or drained. Too expensive for the type of quality you get.

Creo q el personal debe trabajar con mejores condiciones para atender de manera mas amable y realmente ofrecer nas puntos de snacks y bebidas incluso hay pocos basureros en las intalaciones y las reservas de las comidas son realmente una cosa inneseria y muy molesta

The resort overall is very clean, everything is so neat, landscaping is wonderful, i dont know what else to add, 5 stars is not enough to rate this place.
