"The place is clean, quiet and close to everything. We had to wait until the owner came in at 2pm to get our keys. Other than this, we did not use any amenities."

"Room was tidy. Our bed was definitely broken but super comfy. Restaurant is supposed to open at 7am , the first morning there was no waitress until 8 so the poor cook was taking orders and cooking. The second morning I went over at 730 and the restaurant wasn’t open."

"The hotel was very filthy. The carpet looked decades old and clearly hadn't been cleaned professionally since it was built. The hallway and the elevator was had a stale smell like old people retirement home. There were no fan to circulate the hair and I had to hesitate taking the elevator. I stayed in room 327 when I walked in I knew I made a mistake booking the hotel, you could tell the sheets were not crisp and clean you could tell it was not washed from the previous customer.
