The staff in particular were wonderful. Attentive, friendly, professional, and happy, which you don't always find in a Nigerian hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds were divine. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with lovely outdoor seating areas.

Excellent Nordic family

The standard of the Nordic Villa was same as the Nordic hotel but smaller. Less for breakfast but very safe clean and functional. Excellent Thomas the Car Driver is outstanding - I would definitely pick him again punctual, polite and kept me safe

Very courteous staff. Clean room and room service. Good food too. The water pump was repaired quickly to ensure flowing water. Generator to nepa destroyed my extension box though. Would love to see seemless transition between the solar power and nepa.

Ok stay

My room was full of flies, and, even after the staff came 2 times to use the spray product, the insects would still reappear. I think they have to do a serious treatment. The staff is nice and helpful though. I guess is just an old facility, I preferred the Nordic hotel they closed down, that was very well maintained compared to this villa.

Beware of this hotel. They overbook and send you to another hotel. It was a terrible experience! I waited over an hour while they overbooked me and sent me to an inferior hotel for 2 days. Only good thing about it was the the staff (Caleb) who did everything to help me rebook somewhere else. Don’t accept bookings if you’re full.

No onsite pool or gym. The photos used are from their former location. The gym that can be used is located at The Nordic Abuja - about a 15/20 minute walk. The hotel claims they will provide transportation but our entire stay, it was never available. For what it’s worth, I suggest just staying directly at The Nordic Abuja. However, the pool is also not open as it’s currently under construction. Overall, our stay wasn’t so bad, I just wish I would have known all these things going in. Nordic Villas shouldn’t be using these photos as the amenities are not on their property, and the photos they’re using is from their former location. The Nordic Abuja has a very nice and new gym but for their nightly rate, I think at this stage Transcorp Hilton is a better opt as all of their amenities are fully operational and make sense for their costs.
