Few days stay

Rooms are very small and difficult to fit one person. I cannot imagine two people in that room. Food was good. Poole area very clean. Overall a good place if you have business in that area.

The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. Exceptional even. But the service wasn't great. Staff at the hotel bar were not courteous, the power went out often, and the internet was spotty.

New hotel so everything is quite proper and working well. Rooms are small and signage to reach the hotel are not clear - took the taxi quite a few turns to get there. Food was good but little variety.

Era imposible pagar con tarjeta, lo que me obligó a pagar en efectivo El servicio nada profesional. La gente muy amable pero no conocen bien su trabajo o no hay la supervisión adecuada. En el restaurante tenías que pedir servilletas. En el bufet tenias que pedir platos. No reponían. Las mesas sucias sin recoger. Muy poco profesional No vuelvo ni en broma
