"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant and in room dining as well. Lot of activities to choose from. I wish we could borrow a stroller they didn’t have this option. "

All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs."
