Grocery store and gas station were close by. Room was clean. I was able to have an iron and ironing board. Room had cigarette smell. Had to ask for air freshener to spray since you are not allowed to open a window. Gym was okay, treadmill needs to be updated. Staff was pleasant and timely.

nice hotel in Abu dhabi

Its location is wonderful and the staff are very kindly and helpful..Due to the club at 3rd floor, my room at 5th floor was too noisy until 4 am.. next day, when I asked, the staff moved my room to 9th floor. It was cozy.

It's hard to say that it's 4 star hotel. Not so clean in the room, good view but dirty windows. TV didn't work, Wi-Fi very slow. The toilet broke up and we wait for the repair 1 hour. Breakfast little bit poor. Plus for receptionist who helped us with check in flight.

When we arrived they said there was no room! It was overbooked. We should have got a massage - not true. They kept on several times. After we ment it was there problem and they have to solve it, they contact the manager and he arranged with a room directly. It was exactly what we booked. The chec in lady later wanted us to pay for the breakfast which was included - so we denied. It was in our booking paper. Later we heard from another guest that he had the same problem with overbooking. This was an odd situation for us. We had been travelling the whole day and was very tired. Heard that it was hard to get a room like ours in AD at time.

Noisy, dearty, very old need maintenance evry wear in the room ,fair alarm system every day 2 or 3 time alarming ,the parking anther story i have all the photos, the hotel needs normal management sorry 😞 but these what i have seen

I want to be fair. We had such an amazing time in Abu Dhabi. The hotel was exactly what we paid for. We felt safe. The guys at the front were cordial. The only thing they rationed the toilet paper and bath towels. Hotel perfectly located
