"I liked the location of the hotel. The rooms were neat and the bed was comfortable. Their rooms were spacious as well and bathrooms neat and clean. Staff awesome especially Hamid. He was very helpful and gave us tips to move around in town offering interesting places to visit and the timevat Abu Dhabi. "Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. "Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice."

"Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often. The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods."
