"The staff was incredible; friendly, accommodating, and helpful! The room was wonderful too, clean and so peaceful! The view of Wrigley Stadium is unmatched! The parking garage convenience made the stay even more comfortable with the ability to explore around the areas and still travel out to a same and secure parking and any time. Chicago as a whole was beautiful and next time I return I can’t think of staying anywhere else!"

"It's a wonderful property a stones throw from all the neighborhoods for local shopping and dining. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The booking process is a little tedious but don't let that put you off. They are actively working to make sure all their guests have a pleasant and quite experience. We stayed in a lovely room with a small patio. It was very relaxing. We found the parking to be pretty easy."

"Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great. Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed. Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "

"The staff is very kind and helpful. I almost feel guilty writing this because they’re so sweet, but you should be forewarned. The room and property are very run down and dingy. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The windows are filthy. The room has a window AC and it’s very stuffy. It smelled mildewy. We booked 2 nights and left for another hotel after the first night. I’m surprised at the good reviews. They seem fake to us. We moved to a very high end hotel on the Gold Coast that cost less for...

"Great bang for you buck! For they money, you really can't go wrong. As long as you want for breakfast is cereal, I would recommend it. They could offer more for the continental breakfast but again, when you compare to other area hotels, you can't really argue with these guys that they shouldn't feel obliged to offer a full breakfast at the excellent rates they charge."

"Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. "

"The location is great. There's so much nearby within walking distance. It's an easy uber drive to Wrigley Stadium and close enought to Cloud gate and river tours. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay so it meant going up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly! They had just opened a new in house restaurant which is convenient, we just didnt get enough time to try it. "
