"We had stayed here in February it was okay that's why we returned but this time we weren't able to use the hot tub because there was no towels also the beds were too high for my wife she's disabled the staff was not understanding concerning when my wife she was having medical emergency and transported to the hospital by paramedics when we got back they're very rude and unconcerning about what happened I granted the room was messed but they did give us a new room but I feel very uncomfortable about staying and the next morning our service dog was denied entry to the food area and the manager was very rude to my friend I'll never return."

"Everything about the establishment was superb, a A#1!!! I did leave something in the dresser under the TV, in the top drawer, in the right back corner. It was a tube of testosterone cream. "Room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious…very helpful staff. The room was very well insulated and quiet even though there was a busy street nearby."

"The room lacked: table, chair, bathroom floor tile, folding portable luggage stand, facial tissue 'Kleenex'. Needed: new bed cover and additional furniture. All of the preceding is expected with a 2 star motel and the price. This motel is a 1 or 1.5. Also, the Wifi was not consistently accessible from the 2nd floor room."

"This is my first business stay at Avid and I really appreciated the return to doing the basics and doing them well. The room met all my basic needs - cleanliness, comfortable bed, workspace, good WiFi, window coverings. The breakfast was also basic and done well: eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, excellent Costa coffee (fresh grind and brew). They have fruit and muffins as well. I will certainly look for Avid on my next business trip."

"Very clean and modern room. Quiet facility. Loved the added touches like closet organizer, coat hooks by the door, hangers. The breakfast options could be improved upon. All that was offered was coffee and packaged oatmeal, grain bars, packaged hard boiled eggs, packaged muffins and yogurt. No fresh fruit. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again."
