"The staff was on top of their game! Exceptional! Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"We enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly. Nice room, would stay again."

"The property was beautiful and clean. The room was clean, had a refreshing scent, and you could see there were recent enough updates that had been made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was truly pleased with the updated furnishings. I will most definitely be coming back."

"The location was amazing, we loved walking along the path out back and getting to downtown without needing a vehicle."

"Close to Bascom Palmer, easy in and out. Very nice."

"Pool was not available. We were shuttled to another hotel if we wanted to swim"

"The staff was helpful and location is amazing. Our room wasn’t totally clean when we checked in so that was disappointing."

"Although basically clean, The rooms are dark and creepy."

"What a great place to stay withing walking distance to the beach in beautiful Juno Beach!"

"I had a great experience with this hotel. Stayed for a conference on a nearby hotel. The room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good with many options. Did not run into any issues with my stay and the value for the single room was great."

"Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me. We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones."

"It's an older facility but you can tell that they were trying to keep it clean and updated the best they can. Comforter had like something burnt on and a whole. But, the room was very comfortable for what you're paying for. The Front desk lady was very friendly and very helpful. Our activity for the day might have been canceled due to the weather and she was able to recommend some alternative activities."

"Though there is a no pet policy posted there was a dog allowed to roam the pool deck which eventually bit another guest. When I inquired with the front desk the next day if the dog was still on property I was told very plainly yes and felt as though they didn't care about my concerns. Very disappointing since we had returned after a previous visit. Also annoying to have to park in grass with sprinklers if you don't get parked before 9pm."
