Nice hotel that feels recently renovated. Suite was spacious with good kitchenette and large balcony. Shower was blocked which flooded the bathroom with was chaos

Es hätte beim Service noch etwas besser sein können, wir hatten zwar Kaffe und Tee auf dem Zimmer, aber nur eine kleine Tasse, wir baten um eine zweite Tasse, die man dann doch nicht mehr gebracht hat. Daher bei Personal und Service nur drei Sterne. Ansonsten toll modernisierte Zimmer, Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert und günstig.

This hotel is located at Aalen downtown area, and its room is clean and quiet. Also, its room has the kitchen area with stove and microwave, and you can cook. The room rate including breakfast, and the breakfast is good for traveler.

Ich hatte ein ein älteres Zimmer Richtung Strasse, dadurch zu laut um bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Aber sonst alles OK und entsprechend den Erwartungen auf etwas einfacherem Niveau.

Da wir im Dezember schon einmal hier waren, haben wir wieder ein Wochenende gebucht. Wir waren damals sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal wäre fast alles wieder perfekt gewesen, wenn man uns nicht einen Tag früher ausgebucht hätte und wir dadurch Nachts von 2.40 - 3.15 vor dem verschlossenen Hotel standen und nicht in unser Zimmer kamen. Erst nach mehrmaligen klingeln kam jemand und hat uns hereingelassen. Es kam ein kurzes Entschuldiung . Selbst beim Auschecken, keine Silbe der Entschuldigung. Wahrscheinlich werden wir zwar wieder kommen, aber vorher abklären, ob auch alles stimmt, nicht dass wir Nachts wieder vor verschlossenen Türen stehen.

Parkplatz mit Videoüberwachung schließende Toren fand ich sehr super .. müsste ich mir keine Sorgen machen.. die Kinder fanden die Räume zum Versteck spielen super ( großräumige) .die frau fand Kaffeemaschine, Herd auf dem super. Mitte Zentrum mit schöner Altstadt . Das ist zwar kein Nobel Hotel aber für seine sterne super.. ist zu empfehlen.. bis zum näschten mal..
