Very bare bones accommodation.

Expensive for what it was. Internet didn't work in the room. Had to make up our own beds and bring linen down at the end of our stay. Breakfast was good continental style.

Very well priced. beautiful building, safe neigborhood, free parking are a plus. But had to wait at reception for a while because nobody is availaible, one note was placed on the reception desk to inform who to call in case of an emergency (is checking in an emergency?) Building closes at 1 pm and check out is at 9 already. But overal, it's okay for the price you pay so no real complaints here. Wifi signal was too weak.

Zu laut, Wände aus Pappe. Man hört jeden Ton des Nachbarzimmers und Flur. Zimmertür klappert bei jeder Bewegung. Bettmatratze zu dünn. Frühstück ist okay.

Auberge de jeunesse sympathique

Chambre très spacieuse (pour 4 personnes mais nous étions 2) , meublée sobrement, située au rez-de-chaussée. Salle de bain accessible personne handicapée (non demandée) donc wc et douche au même endroit (ce qui n'est pas le cas dans des chambres classiques). Sans savon ni gobelet. Petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix : assez complet mais différent selon les jours (avec œufs ou non .. ) mais jusque 9h seulement. Très bon accueil mais on ne nous propose pas systématiquement des serviettes de toilette (il faut parfois les demander). Par contre, une clé pour les rentrées de nuit est proposée. Chambre très froide à notre arrivée mais bien aérée (décembre 😉) Ne pas hésiter à rentrer en voiture pour déposer les bagages (la pente est plutôt raide !!). Parking gratuit dans la rue. Se situe assez loin du centre d'Aachen et nous n'avons pas trouvé de bonne solution par les transports en commun. Wi-Fi inefficace (situé dans le bâtiment d'à côté). Difficile d'avoir un café ou autre en dehors du petit-déjeuner (personne pour le servir). Auberge plutôt chère (100 euros) par rapport aux prestations.

Schöne Jugendherberge am Stadtrand im Grünen

Personal überaus freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das saubere Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bushaltestelle in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Jeder, der in einer Jugendherberge eine Übernachtung bucht, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass eine Jugendherberge ist. Also sollte man auch kein Wellness Bad erwarten kein Kingsize Bett kein Fernseher im Zimmer haben möchte. Ist aber durchaus eine preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, relativ ruhig. beachten sollte man aber mitbringen muss und die Fähigkeit besitzen sollte Bettwäsche zu beziehen, das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, die Bedienung freundlich und ich komme gerne wieder

Ein bin üblicherweise kein Nutzer von Jugendherbergen. Mein Eindruck: Unterkunft: einfache - aber solide Qualität. Personal: freundlich - ist wohl Chaos gewöhnt. Essen: erstaunlich gut und vielfältig (Frühstück). Besucher: Am Wochende waren es vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kindern mit der üblichen Geräuschkulisse, leider waren da noch nicht Deutsch sprechende Jugendliche, welche die Nacht zum Tag machen mussten. Verkehrsanbindung Zug: relativ einfache Fahrt von der Unterkunft bis zur Bushaltestelle Misereor. Leider wird z. Z. die Bushaltestelle der Jugendherberge nicht angefahren und niemand hält es für nötig, darüber zu informieren.

God oplevelse men ikke et hotel Selvbetjening på værelset med sengetøj Ikke for dårligt gående, ingen elevator og Parkering uden for området. ( det ligger på en bakketop man skal gå op af efter parkering). Restaurant ikke åben.

Good only if you have no other alternative in town

no TV in room, internet wifi is awfull and only near window. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in room. Breakfast was poor. Is very far from town. Wall are thin and you can hear all noises. In room was cold and is a small radiator on wall that worked only few hours. You can enter hotel during night only until 1:00am then is closed until morning and you will sleep outside :) Staff was kindly

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend Sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Leider hatten wir zwei Jugendgruppen mit in der Herrberge. Dementspechend war es relativ laut.
