Good central hotel, with covered parking

Clean and comfortable hotel in centre, with underground parking. My only negative point is that motorcycles are charged the same as cars to park.

Fresh, modern hotel in centre of town

Nice, modern hotel located close to the centre of town. The only let down was the drilling which started at apporx 8am and the below average breakfast. Also, the key fob to enter the hotel after reception had closed wasn't working due to the system still being installed. Otherwise, everything was great

the room of the first night was really bad, directly under the roof and with a hole on the roof covered with nylon, no windows, only one roof skylight (claustrophobic )!

No dormimos casi nada… :’(

El chico de la recepción de la noche fue muy agradable y buen profesional. La chica rubia de la mañana no nos dijo ni siquiera adiós cuando nosotros le dijimos adiós hasta en dos ocasiones. Por otro lado, no sé por qué los alemanes van de fiesta a Mallorca, Ibiza, Magaluf, Benidorm… si ya tienen la calle donde está este hotel! ;-) Hay bares con la puerta y las ventanas abiertas con la música a 120 decibelios hasta las 5 de la madrugada. Las ventanas del hotel son buenas, pero aún así, es imposible no escuchar la música durante TODA la noche. Pregunta: si el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío… por qué nos dais una habitación EN LA PRIMERA PLANTA y justo ENFRENTE de esos bares? No creéis que había mejores opciones, teniendo en cuenta que ya conocéis el lugar?

Die Zimmer sind sauber Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück läst aber für den Preis zu wünschen übrig. Keine große Auswahl an Wurst (Standartwurst aus dem Discounter) keinerlei Salate. Man könnte denken es ist am Buffet alles abgezählt.

Türcode funktionierte wegen eines Softwareproblems nicht. Das Problem sei nicht neu. Also unnötig lange draußen gestanden. Die angeforderte Hilfe erschien nicht. Ausfall Aufzug. Dunkles Dachzimmer überhitzt. Klimaanlage nicht einsatzbereit. Also lieber nicht mehr dort wohnen.
