"Arrived at the hotel after a long day of traveling and coaching to be told there were no rooms and they were overbooked. I found it very unprofessional that I was not informed before arriving at the hotel as they had my contact information. "

"Very well maintained hotel. Bar closes at 10 so food is available in the snack store only. Staff friendly and trained well."

"Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away."

"From check in there’s was no water when it came in it wouldn’t come out of the faucets . A complaint to hotel staff resulted in just a note not a fix, there were finger and hand prints everywhere , doors appear to be eaten by a pet , stuff that shouldn’t be painted was and the evidence of previous water leaks was shocking . Bfast was subpar even for a clarion Eggs were squared muffins were only other option fruit was not washed and bread was placed on opposite side of room from toaster , juice lines tasted like they hadn’t been cleaned - Each morning , there were new uncleaned spills in the lobby or on each floor, dirt mud etc exists inesch room and grout was missing in some places , light fixtures had paint scratched off them… that’s just to start . I complained to the desk and they just took the note didn’t offer a new room despite there being 30 cars in the parking lot and 100 s of rooms there were no solutions, this place should be condemned"
