"Beautiful views. This hotel is like staying in a multistory New England home by the sea. The views are wonderful and the ferry and ships are pleasant. We could see and hear our family and friends as they left their rooms so it was a great place for a group to take multiple rooms. Had to find breakfast at local places but that made for a nice walk. The restaurants are fantastic. Lobster good. Make sure you ask all questions of the staff during the day."

"the first room i was sent to had a broken leg on the table which made working or esating on it impossible. in the new room i was sent to the bathroom fan got very loud after a few seconds, some of the furniture was downright dirty (i even took pics), the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work, the wifi was spotty and it just looked very tired"
