"Mediocre at best. It's a place to lay your head. Airport is still 500 metre walk. Very understaffed. Same staff check you in, pour beer, take food orders and answer questions. No one answers when you call the front desk. Room was basic and clean. However, can't control A/C or heat from inside room and can't open the window so it was stuffy.. Will stay in town next time and catch the tram out"

"The heating and cooling system cannot be adjusted, making the rooms too hot and the hotel stuffy. Hotel cleaning staff were everywhere (including towels and carts sprawled out in front of the elevators) and were not friendly. Despite the number of staff, the body wash in our shower was not filled and only had about two pumps before it was out when I showered. Only stayed for one night and the location by the airport was convenient but wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"Overall, I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The room was clean, in decent condition, and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The restaurant downstairs was decent. We had a server who was awesome but I never got his name. The hotel is near a university and there are plenty of walking paths to enjoy if you like to get out and about. "Rooms weren’t cleaned properly, floor was full of crumbs, all our furniture in the room was dirty and scribbled with a permanent marker. Room was super noisy and we kept hearing doors banging overnight, hallway carpets and other room doors were poorly maintained, Definitely not worth the money. "This property is showing its age for sure. It's fine for a place to sleep, but the carpets are heavily stained, the wood edges worn on cabinetry, and the bathroom floor was just not that sanitary looking and the tile grout needs some TLC. The tv remote was so overused that much of the white lettering was worn away, so it was a guess using it. There are no wall plugs near the head of the bed, so couldn't plug in phone and have bedside.
