"Hotel was modern in shared areas but room was dated. Breakfast was nice. Room provided was far from lift & to enter hotel required an escalatorif not taking a taxi which isn't the most convenient for luggage & travel with children."

"Staff not able to answer simple questions like " where is a good place to exchange my money?" They have a shuttle bus the makes 5 stops but provide NO map so you have no idea where the bus stops are. "

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Personally, I think that the hotel is well located, but the windows of the hotel are not soundproof enough. There is also a construction going nearby, the hotel staff should inform the guests earlier. Noises were made throughout the night which made our stay feel very nuisance & uncomfortable."

"Room is okay. It was expensive for us as we went there during Christmas. Location is good. Rooms are small but it is clean. Checkin process is bit longer that expected. It took us 1 hour."
