All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service throughout was excellent, food varied and very good and the bar well stocked. This was our first visit to Cairo, which is not an easy place to get about, but with the help of the excellent concierge team and Uber (which is well established here) we were able to see all that we came for. "Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable.
