"We had a wonderful stay at The Store. It is perfectly situated in the center of Oxford. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was far more than the usual American continental breakfast with several nice options you can order from a menu. The onsite restaurant was great and the rooftop bar was a bonus with an amazing view."

"Good room - sheets, towels, bed, lighting etc fine, nice decor, spacious. Excellent shower.
hotel has no restaurant, bar, sitting room, gym or other facilities beyond the room
Room was missing many small essentials appropriate for this class and price level hotel eg, no fridge, no coffee maker, no conditioner in shower, no bathroom vanity kit, no wine glasses or nice drinks tumblers, and for a hotel without any restaurant or bar, no snacks or minbar items available at reception. "The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. "Beautiful room in a warm and friendly environment. Breakfast was superb quality and plentiful. Staff were happy and chatty and everyone made you feel very at home. Will def be going back!"

"The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning.
Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee.
